In Photoshop; Use the filter; "Filter>Other>Offset". The numbers to plug in will be half the dimensions of your image. For instance, if it was 800x600, you would input 400 for horizontal and 300 for vertical. Also, don't for get to set it to "Wrap Around". This will reverse all your edges to the inside where you can clone stamp, or if you have it, "healing brush" the edges away. Run the offset filter again after you are done to check the edges again.
