As for making a web site that accepts PayPal, if you have a PayPal account, they offer you a way to create a shopping cart -- all you have to do is put a mix of javascript and HTML code on whatever page you want to display the "product". I think you have to have a Premiere or Verified account with them, though. I'm not entirely sure. PayPal has a section on their site that walks you through it step by step.
