The goal is to be creative. If it is a half-molten rock in lava showing self-destructive rage it is just as valid an entry as a lonely menhir in a Bryce landscape or a photograph of a weeping cemetary statue from 1700. How would a meteorite feel on impact? Joyous or scared stiff? What about a statue weathering centuries of acid rain or bird droppings? I remember one Yosemite scene where I was sketching The Rostrum from the cliff behind it. There is a rock that looks like a potato... no matter what I did, it looked like a potato. 🤷 A photo would have revealed it as a lumpy grey potato, too. ;) I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet, but those of you who model your own meshes have a lot of freedom... and this is a chance to do something that touches the viewer.
