open your
c:...poser6RuntimeprefsLibraryPrefs.xml

in a text editor...preferably wordpad (assuming your using windows)

and reorder (highlight drag and drop or cut and paste) your

<ContentFolder folder="...several lines of stuff...

into the order you want them to appear.
