We can not just give you anything, whether free or for sale, because such redistribution is a violation of copyright. The original maker can send you the file. Various people have made crutches and slings (you can find a couple of crutches in free stuff here). I'd suggest first checking all of the freestuff sites. The only way for people to legally give you something is to have the item listed on a public wishlist in the marketplace so that it can be bought for you, but you'd have to have a specific item listed.
