Here is a mini tutorial that allow you to use also the light for outside sets because you find in the set more that only studio lights. Please see the mini tutorial and get your own ideas for the next creations that can be done in minutes, and don't worry about to use 2D backgrounds in your images, every today do this and this is an Hit too by the Big One... self Pixar guys used this option ( 2d-3d integration ) in the last 3D Movies to speed own rendering time.
