I haven't tried it, but you can use the make movie option to do this. Create a one keyframe scene, by deleting 29 of the 30 default frames. Use "sequenced image files" .TIF format, check in "Use current display settings" and "anti-alias". It should create one or two tif renders with the size you need...in theory anyway ;-)
