First you would have to add the channel to M3s Cr2. You can do that with MorphManager. Load M3 and the Freak and then look for the HDReptile channel in the Freaks Head and Neck, select it and copy it over to M3. Save M3 under a new name to not overwrite your original Cr2 and inject the HDReptile morph. The result might not be that cool as on the Freak and maybe it does not work well at all but it's worth a try.
