It depends if you are using Poser5 or Poser6. If you are using Poser6, there is an eays trick: - select the camera and use the dial "focal_distance". A prop will appear... just move the dial until the prop is where you want the focus. - then, the "f_stop" dial set how far from the focus it will be blurry. For this one, the only trick is to try... For rendering, while you are doing test render, use very low "Pixel samples". But for the final render, use a greater value.
