There's a whole bunch of figures which use head grafts, if you want to have a look at hoiw these things can be done. Lemurtek has done a whole set based on P4 meshes, and there's LittleDragon's Millenium Catwoman. There's also one of the Japanese sites which has details of a V2/V3 combination.
