Hi Rick, thanks! From the US Copyright Office FAQ : "Copyright does not protect names, titles, slogans, or short phrases. In some cases, these things may be protected as trademarks." Besides...you may notice many duplicated titles in popular music. The title 'Hold On' comes to mind, and right off the top of my head, it was used by Steve Winwood, Sarah McLachlan, and Yes.
