i did ask, and also asked if i could transfer the hosting to use for another domain...was hoping to let someone else have it, but that fell through. the answers were no and yes respectively. you'll note i'm not vindictive enough to name them, and thereby harm their business in any way at all.....all i want is my cash back for what i see as a blatant omission.
