I heard that CL quoted DAZ a price of $30,000 (each) to make V3 and M3 compatible with the face room. This was back in early 2002, when CL was still working on releasing Poser 5. DAZ said no and started working on DAZ|Studio as their "Poser killer" program. CL said fine and released Poser 5, released patches for Poser 5, and released Poser 6 last month. DAZ is still working on Studio and there could be a new beta version coming out soon. DAZ refuses to support any version of Poser above version 4. Yes, V3 and M3 will work in Poser 6, but only because Poser 4 supports items that work in Poser 4. Neither figure takes advantage of any of Poser 6's advanced feautres (procedural nodes, Face Room, Putty Tool, etc). --John
