Subject: How to save the finished render in compressed size?

I use Paint Shop Pro, but you can do this in any graphic program.

For PSP when I'm saving my file, I go to "File", "Export", ".jpg". In there I can adjust the compression while viewing the results. I pick the highest amount of compression that doesn't affect my image quality.

Oh yeah, I never save Poser renders as .jpg. I save them always as .png and only save as .jpg from within Paint Shop Pro, after some post work
