Your CC company (unless it's a Visa/Mastercard check card) should have a toll free number, either on your card or latest statement, for you to call to see if it was charged. If the order hasn't gone through at DAZ's end, it means that there may have been miscommunication between DAZ and your cc company. Regardless, the company (in this case, DAZ) only charges you once. In some circumstances, there may possibly be 2 "Pending" charges, but you will only be charged for the actual payment, which will be the one that makes it to your statement. Hope that helps, MS
