Ray, even though you think you have removed all Temporary Internet Files you might find this to be of some use. Everytime i clean mine out by using the normal IE/windows ways i then do a follow up clean out of them by opening an image viewer, i use ACDSee, i then go in and open every folder in Temorary Internet and clean out everything else that is still left in there. You'll be supprised on what gets left behind when you do a clean out the normal ways. You will also find sometimes with broken downloads they may go in your Temp folder or Temorary Internet folders and can only be removed the way i suggested. Stupid as that may sound but thats windows for you ;)
