I've never tried making an obese character with Judy in P5.V3 works great for the purpose. And there are several excellent V3 characters that would form a basis for this.
However, I don't believe that I've ever seen a V3 character that I would regard as being at the 500 lb. level.......300, maybe. But not 500.
Here's one "woman of size" that I've purchased. You'd have to up her morphs to get to a 500lb. look. Betsy is inexpensive.
