Norton sucks monkeyass :| It SAYS it does updates automatically, then doesn't for months :| It boots forgetting to enable itself at times (even though I've set it to be enabled). Some upgrades make the whole system instable etc. But by far the worst experience I've had was that it left through multiple trojans and trojan downloaders without even warning me, then NOT finding them during full system scans either. And I did make sure before that full system scan that my virus definitions were up-to-date. I had to use FREE AVG virusscanner to find out there was a bunch of crap on my pc. My pc seems to have stopped randomly crashing, which has enabled me to release a whole arsenal of several virus scanners and spyware removers on my pc. nothing suspicious was found... guess it must've been a weird corrupt file or such
