As you probably really know, being 'up' oneself is a polite version of another phrase and basically means that someone is full of their own importance and takes themselves far too seriously - that is how I view the people who are desperate to get in the Hot 20. The site I recommended is fun, helpful, supportive and non-competitive - Rendo could learn a lot from it. Mags
