Tiger was released to developers around October 20, 2004. I sent an email to CL/EF asking them if they could give me a time frame. I got the same, "Gosh, we're sorry....keep checking our web site" email I got almost four weeks ago when Tiger came out. So we wait....flips to CL/EF website
