There are other programs (for instance, Zbrush) that you could use to create morphs for V3, however, if you aren't able to spend the money, twisting the dials is the only way to do it, unfortunately. The face room doesn't work for V3, anyway, All of the face morphs I've ever done were simply done by using the parameter dials, and tweaking them to the point where I was happy. hope that helps, and good luck!
