when you have the library open where you see the 'add to library' button, at the top is a folder with an arrow pointing up. Click on that to go up a level. keep doing that until you get to the top level, where you will see two folders, called "Poser 6" and "Downloads". At this top level, at the bottom there will be the add runtime button, in the same place where the "add to library" button was on the lower level.
