Well, on vray.info, the latest entry I could find about the standalone version is from July 04 - just like on vrayrender.com, which is where I was looking. I emailed them last year about an SDK or file format description, but didn't get any answer :( Judging by the number of threads like these, I assume that there is a market for 3rd party render plugins for Poser (heck, isn't this what most P6SE customers use Shade for?).
