Yeah, at RDNA I have to use paypal too. My credit card is Canadian and accepted at other sites, but for some reason RDNA can't validate it. Next time I buy something from there I'll try again and let Syyd know the error message. She said that you have to enter in the security code from the back of the card. I'm sure I did that though. Maybe that's your problem...the 3 digit security code?
