"Is there a good, relatively easy to use program to create and manipulate morphs for Poser objects?" Poser's magnets have the advantage of being available within the program, so you can see the results immediately; and they're the easiest way to morph more than one body part. Everybody who doesn't know magnets says "oh, they're too difficult"; and everybody who does know magnets says "they're great once you learn them". I used to be in the first category, now I'm in the second. Never looked back. The moment when the light bulb went on over my head is hopefully encapsulated in the linked tutorial. :)
