Netherworks Hair Conversion kits -- in the freebies -- are the best way I've found to fit Vicky's and other model's hair to Mike. Also, if the hairstyle you choose comes with a Stephanie 3 fit, you might not even need a conversion, just minor dial tweaking to position it correctly. For short styles I use the Koz or Maya hair, longer is usually a converted Vicky style or Loki/Wildside.
