Head on over to PhilC.net He and Kamilche wrote it. It's a fantastic program. I haven't had the opportunity to use Clothing Converter, but I was going to. Then I got in on the Beta with WW. I was totally blown away. It does all of the conversions for you. Very little effort is involved. (Jeez, this sounds like a promo, huh?) Seriously, it is worth the money. There is a demo version on Phil's site as well, so you can try before you buy.
