Hi Stacey, Thanks for your response. My 'Monday morning' scenario was probably a bit unfair - end of the day grouchiness, I'm afraid. Nevertheless, in the four-ish years I've been here, I've seen a lot of very arbitrary decisions alongside many more principled ones. Come to think of it, the arbitrary ones didn't tend to be about whether any given picture was within the TOS; usually they were more important than that. Sorry if I've been unfair - I know the mods work hard to be fair over TOS issues. Just as an intellectual exercise though, would Mapplethorpe's 'Man in a Nylon Suit' be within the TOS (assuming he'd submitted it himself, of course)? cam
