One of the absolute best features of the Hexagon program is it's .pdf manual. There are tons of embedded movies to watch that makes learning it really fast. I've always been a "show me" person, so seeing the program and tools in action eliminates many questions. It is very similar to Amapi in some respects, so if you have some experience there, it will translate. Hexagon is just so much more pleasant to use for non-technical modeling (think mathmatical precision)than Amapi, though! :)
