Natural Pose is no longer on the market which is why you couldn't find it. Susanna MAY still be around but I haven't checked....so that leaves for all intents and purposes the manual way. Oh and that 60 frames (2 seconds @ 30 fps) took about 2 hours to do but I wasn't constanly doing it either. Once I got the rythm down it went fairly fast.
