Selecting Open in Classic will only work if they have classic installed, a lot of people haven't.

Firstly the question is what does he want to convert? With Poser 5 and 6 content, it is file compatible with the Windows version, so there's nothing to convert (although many readme files needlessly instruct mac users to do it)

As to very old content, designed for Poser 4 and before then yes the .rsr files need updating to .png and the OSX solution for that task is fmorgans MacCoverter. See Link.

The other file you may encounter is a .rte this needs decoding with RTEJava

Don't forget with Poser 6 you will need to unzip the .obj file before using this.
