Anarchy is simply the complete absence of any government whatsoever, which can never possibly work unless some radical changes are made to human nature. There MUST be someone in charge, because if there isn't, everyone else lacks cohesive direction. Besides which, even if it could be made to work, there will always be someone who wants to be in charge. Ergo, you have it turn immediately into a dictatorship. It's the same problem with Socialism.
