Hi kuroyume--

I'm interested in this issue too, since I've been wanting to create a library of stock PZ2s built using IK then applied with IK off. But when the saved animated poses are applied to an IK off figure, the Goal part doesn't stay put as you've seen.

I've only been able to guess at what is going on, but my first guess is that the sequential rotation solution from Body to Goal part when IK is on is a different order somehow from the rotation solution through the body part chain when IK is off. (You know, the way a 30 degree xrotation followed by a 75 degree yrotation gives a different ending position than when the rotation order is switched.)

Perhaps if someone knew the exact nature of this problem, and someone (else?) could come up with a solution, we might also find the best way to avoid those bizarre over-bending Goal part effects one sometimes sees switching IK on and off.

So... no solution here but I want to thank you for posing the question!
