Lot of hits doesn't necessarily mean lots of comments. In fact, I've found it's the opposite. The comments-to-hits ratio for pinups is pretty low.

You got lots of good advice in this thread. If you want more people to look at your work, use thumbnails. If you were selling a car or a house, you would clean it up and make sure it looked its best. If you were going on a job interview, you would dress neatly, to put your best foot forward. Why send your images out there without giving them their best chance?
