My ? would be why with everyone sharing the same bandwidth are only some getting clobbered with multi-minute page loads? No real mention of a particular time either bandwidth should vary at least somewhat at different times. Also if this just started a few weeks ago, did they suddenly lose a couple of servers or a T3 or suddenly get a few thousand new members. Certainly not sayin' it ain't so just wondering.
