Number of times Wal-Mart was sued last year = 4851 Number of lawsuits pending against Wal-Mart = 9400 I can only image that number has increased over the past years with continued expansion and less than customer friendly policies. My father in law actually represented a former employee of Wal-Mart over wrongful termination and the case was settled in her favor.
