Thanks for this info jwbaer! As an Adobe Atmosphere beta tester and developer, i had free access to Viewpoint MTX use (Viewpoint was an Adobe partner on Atmosphere). Adobe killed Atmosphere after 1 year. I'll be checking out the new Enliven for sure. Would just like to remind everyone that the Viewpoint technology, although interactive, is not IMMERSIVE web 3D. You cannot create 3D scenes and wander around freely inside them (alone or with others), nor play games, do chat, collaborate, etc., like you can in an immersive product. Viewpoint is very nice for interactive product displays and certain kinds of training and illustration though. Those interested in 3D web immersive scenes may want to check out the alpha version of a new product called "Blink 3D", (which i'm helping alpha test), from Pelican Crossing. We hope it will be a improvement over and replacement for Adobe Atmosphere.
