It's a very good start. I would suggest that you try to soften the shadows a little as they look a little harsh to me, but it might be my monitor. The pose looks a little static, as if somebody was moved in front of a background and told to "pose", but it all depends on what type of effect you're trying to get, I guess. Composition is good and placement of the background elements works nicely. I will questions about slinging the bow that way as well. I've never seen anybody do it that way, but that doesn't mean you couldn't. I just wouldn't want to run with it that way! She also looks a tad cross-eyed. You might want to think about having her look either to the left or right just to make it a bit more natural. Just my 2 cents worth...
