Just be careful with banners and poser items that you don't get something you want to trademark. I've explained to a few interested in web design that purchased default figures can't be trademarked. An example would be the girl, posed and clothed and made into a logo or banner, her look (or koshini, kiki, freak, ect) as is cannot be used in logo design with the intent of trademarking that logo.
