Thanks for the feedback. "The pose looks a little static, as if somebody was moved in front of a background and told to "pose"" It's funny you say this, Ganthor. When I was working on it, I thought it looked like a fantasy character's prom picture. I'm not too concerned with the overall composition and the pose (at least for this one). My main goal was to complete a full render with all the lighting, background and texturing completed. But thanks for reasuring my gut reaction on the prom picture. :) I hadn't noticed the crossed eyes, until it was brought up here. I'll be sure to put more focus on the eyes on future work. I agree the bow is a bit awkward. I have seen bows worn this way, but it's not worn like this for traveling. I wanted the bow and quiver in the shot. I basically wanted her geared up, ready for bear. I didn't know what to do with the bow. I wanted the sword to be in the main hand. It took me a long time to get the sword texture just the way I wanted. I didn't want the sword just sitting in the scabbard, behind the scenes. I didn't want the bow in the other hand. I thought about putting the bow on her back, but her body position would make it look awkward or at the very least it wouldn't be seen or needed in the scene. I simply chose the chest as a compromise. Overall, I learned a lot from this render. Still have loads more to get through, but that's the fun. Thanks again for the replies and suggestions.
