Ask them to return your money and don't buy from them anymore. I knew when I got the muscle man that he had no morphs, usually if they have a morph with them it will show it. I have always found them to be fair and honest, and I'm sure they will help you out with this. I don't remember them promising to make muscle morphs for Michael, course I may have missed that one.
