If it has 4 limbs and wings, try loading the dog or horse skeleton and positioning the bones to fit your model. You can then select a parent bone (chest or abdomen, probably) and add bones to the wings. Draw bones on both sides, position bones on one side of the figure and use symmetry to apply the settings to the other side. Saves time and ensures that both sides of your model behave the same. You may need to specify rotation orders, falloff, zones, etc. to get it exactly right, but the Setup Room will save you a lot if time over having to do everything manually. Anthony
