Actually, 10% doesn't sound too bad if you consider that most of Zazzle's offerings utilize their time and materials; here at R'osity, it's mostly just storage space that the site is offering, and we create everything in the products that actually reach our customers' desktops. If we printed the cards, the T'shirts, and all the rest of the stuff, and shipped them ourselves, then 10% would be a problem.
