I don't know what version you're using, if it's Poser6 then go to page 55 of the manual and it gives you figure heights there from "baby" up to "heroic model". It explains it there, like for instance an "ideal adult" would be 6 foot [according to Poser]. With waist size you can achieve the efect you want with the morph dials.
