V3 new generation is not a new figure. She's 1/2 a year old or more. I think the difference between her and the "old" V3 is that there are no morph channels and you because of that you can't use the character addons from "old" V3 on the V3 new generation. So if you depend on character addons to make Vicky look different and pretty, the new generation one isn't for you then.
