LOL... Thanks, Yewston... I never noticed that little setting in the options... That cleared it right up. As to the IE vs Firefox thing. For me the problem lies in that The required number and size of updates is far larger for IE.. THe critical threats seem targetted specifically, and I happen to like "Tabbed Browsing". But seriously... I have dialup, not broadband. I can no longer update windows due to the fact that the SP2 Disk MS sent me is bad and hangs during system reinstalls...and DLing it from WinUpd is out of the question. Finally, I just decided to hang it all up with XP and wait for the next bug-ridden release from Redmond. Until then, I will remain with Firefox and now I can once more enjoy visiting and seeing what people have provided to enhance my gooey rendering pleasure..
