If it's asking for a geometry file, open the cr2 in a text editor and look at the figResource lime at the top. Then check your runtime structure and see if the geometry file is where the cr2 wants to find it. Also check spelling. Don't know how sensitive a MAC is to seeing geometry and Geometry as the same name but a modern PC sees them different.
