I know DAZ has a skeleton scaled for V3/M3 and they also have muscle maps. As far as complete internals the only thing I have seen is Zygotes internals at around 13,000.00 (USD) that IS thirteen THOUSAND US dollars (no typo there)over at Content Paradise. Too pricey?
