Based on the earlier statements of Renderosity's representativbe in this thread, there is no investigation. Nor at this time do they intend to do one, one might reasonably infer. The product is fine, and those deltas do not appear until the product is saved, at which time they magically appear, even in a system that has no victoria 3 installed.
