It looks like a welding problem - I assume the gaps correspond with the borders between groups? This could be because the relevant weld statements are missing from the CR2, or because the vertices in the OBJ are not sufficiently close to be welded. They have to be identical - if your mesh has been affected by rounding errors during scaling, this can happen. Can we have some more details on how you made the dress? In particular, how did you do the grouping?
